A facile method was developed to synthesize N-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-O-benzyl-L-serine with a yield rate of 53% by using sodium tert-pentoxide as a base for the reaction between N-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-L-serine and benzyl bromide under mild conditions.
对文献报道和工业制备N-叔丁氧羰基-O-苄基-L-丝氨酸的方法进行了改进,以叔戊醇钠代替NaH和Na/NH3作为碱处理N-叔丁氧羰基-L-丝氨酸后,再与苄溴在温和条件下反应制得了N-叔丁氧羰基-O-苄基-L-丝氨酸,产率为53%。
