Objective To compare the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and alpha smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in human lens epithelial cells(LEC) of senile nuclear cataract with cortical cataract,and investigate their effects in the development of age-related cataract.
目的比较老年核性及皮质性白内障晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelia cells,LEC)中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)及α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(alpha smooth muscle actin,α-SMA)的表达,探讨其在老年性白内障发展中的作用。

AIM Changes of alpha smooth muscle actin (α actin) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were investigated in the implanted valved aortic homograft conduit (VAHC) of neonate rabbit in heterotopic model using immunohistochemistry method.
目的 应用免疫组织化学方法观察新生动物的同种主动脉带瓣管道 (VAHC)移植后平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α- actin)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的变化 。

播散性腹膜平滑肌瘤病
较罕见。其特点是多发性平滑肌瘤小结节，播散分布于腹膜、大网膜、肠系膜、子宫直肠陷凹以及盆腹腔脏器表面。结节为灰白色，实性，大小不等，酷似恶性肿瘤病灶种植。患者同时有子宫肌瘤，或有肌瘤术史。为良性，对周围组织无浸润或破坏。镜检时注意核分裂象，以助鉴别良恶性。核分裂＜5/10个高倍视野为播散性腹膜平滑肌瘤；5～9/10个高倍视野为潜在恶性；核分裂象＞10/10个高倍视野为平滑肌肉瘤。本病治疗后易复发，宜作全子宫、双附件及子宫外肿瘤切除。
