Through analysis of IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,their structures were elucidated as 3,4′-dihyxroxy-5-methoxystilbene,cochinchinenin A,loureirin B.
从广西龙血竭的氯仿提取部位中得到3种化合物,经IR、1HNMR、13C NMR、MS等现代波谱技术分别鉴定为3,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基二苯乙烯、剑叶龙血素A、龙血素B,本研究还观察了上述化合物对健康志愿者血小板聚集的影响,发现均对体外ADP诱导的血小板聚集有一定的抑制作用。
