高聚物基复合材料模压工艺。ompression mold-i眼of pol卿er matrix eomposites在封闭的模腔内,借助加热和压力固化成型复合材料制品的方法。是广泛使用的一种制造复合材料制品的工艺方法。用它制造的产品质量高,成本低,操作人员技能对产品质量影响不大。所用原材料极为广泛,但最适于使用片状模塑料的团状模塑料。 用模塑料成型制品时,装入模内的模塑料,由于与模具表面接触加热,粘度迅速减小,在3一7 MPa成型压力下,就可以平滑地流到模具的各个角落。模塑料遇热之后,迅速凝胶和固化。依据制品的尺寸和厚度,成型时间从几秒钟到几分钟。 模压工艺特别适用于制造大批量以及精度和重复性要求比较高的制品,如广泛用于生产家用制品、机壳、电子设备和办公室设备的外壳、卡车门和轿车仪表板等汽车部件,也用于制造连续纤维增强制品,但是纤维阻止了预浸料在模内的流动。这类材料主要用于生产壁厚不变、曲率比较小的部件。当生产批量为几千件以上时,一般使用钢模,或表面作适当处理的钢模。在生产批量比较少或产品开发阶段,模具也可以用高强度环氧树脂浇铸而成。(刘其贤)
