  zhjl心叩口nzhong xiooyinian质t、品种、效益年(y创叮of甲ality,variety and截ciency)1991一1992年中国开展的一项旨在提高企业产品质量和经济效益、降低全年物质消耗的活动。改革开放以来,中国企业的产品质量有了很大提高,但一些企业片面追求产值、速度,忽视产品质量的现象仍很严重,1989年产品质量有较大幅度的下降。19叭)年,中共中央、国务院采取紧急措施,进行治理整顿,加强管理和质量监督,产品质量开始逐步回升。1卯l年初,国务院发出了《国务院关于“质量、品种、效益年”活动的通知》。该《通知》指出:国务院决定1卯1年为“质量、品种、效益年”,目的就是通过在全国广泛地开展这一活动,大力提高中国企业的经济素质和经济效益,使企业逐步走上投人少、产出多、质盆好、消耗低、效益高的发展道路。1卯1年就成了中国第一个“质量、品种、效益年”。为了搞好这项活动,国务院成立了“质量、品种、效益年”活动领导小组,召开了两次全国电话会议。各级政府和部门都把这项活动列人工作的重要议事日程,作为中心工作来抓,制定具体的奋斗目标和相互配套的政策措施,重点放在狠抓落实上。通过一年的活动,取得了明显的成效。1卯2年,全国又继续开展了一次“质量、品种、效益年”活动。(黄乐群)
