国际性电影电视艺术教育团体。联合?炭莆淖橹?电影电视国际会议成员。1955年成立。设在巴黎联合国教科文组织总部，秘书处在布鲁塞尔。宗旨是提高电影电视专业人才的水平，保证和促进影视高等教育、科研机构和这方面的专家之间的合作。活动方式如下：组织学术会议（每两年一次）和编发会议内容材料，举办大学生影片展览（从1974年开始），向发展中国家派遣专家，提供教学大纲和教学材料，并为它们培训影视人才。最高权力机构是联络中心成员代表大会。联络中心设置各类专门委员会，分别管理编发《国际电影电视教育联络中心手册》和《信息通报》（每年出两次），支援发展中国家的影视教育等事宜。除了举办学术会议、座谈会和讨论会进行经验交流外，联络中心还组织大学生和教师的双边交流和大学生影片的交流。
