反补贴税（Counter Vailing Duties）是对进口商品使用的一种超过正常关税的特殊关税。这种关税是对那些得到其政府进口补贴的外国供应商具有的有利经济条件作用的反应，反补贴税的目的在于为了抵消国外竞争者得到奖励和补助产生的影响，从而保护进口国的制造商。这种奖励和补贴包括对外国制造商直接进行支付以刺激出口；对出口商品进行关税减免，对出口项目提供低成本资金融通或类似的物质补助，美国通过商务部国际贸易管理局进行补贴税的实施。近年来，这些反补贴税已成为国际贸易谈判中日益难以取得进展的领域，并且这也使国际对等贸易的安排复杂化，因为在对等贸易中要衡量政府补贴是非常困难的。
