芋艿粥
原料:鲜芋艿子100克,粳米100克。
制法:⒈鲜芋艿子洗净,开水煮一沸,捞起,去皮,切成小丁块;粳米淘净。⒉将粳米、芋艿块下锅,加水,煮成粥。
效用:散结消瘰。用于淋巴结核、慢性淋巴结炎等。
说明:芋艿“多食难克化,滞气困脾”(《本草衍义》),故每次不宜多食。腹胀气滞者忌服。
