下图表示了“HeⅡ机械热效应”的逆效应，称HeⅡ的热机械效应。图中表示在液HeⅡ容器B中加进一定热量，致使两边容器中ρs有浓度差，容器A中超流成分经C流进B，又造成Δp的压差和在绝热平衡时的温差ΔT，可用下式表示：
