（ 1903 — 1994 ）长寿邵阳人。 1926 年参加共青团，任自卫队副队长， 1930 年参加红军，同年加入中国共产党。历任连司务员、班长、军团供给财政处处长。参加了长征。后任八路军军需科长，军总供给部财政处处长、营业处处长，军委总后勤部审计处处长，大岳军区副参谋站、后勤部部长，第三野战军 暨华中军区后勤司令部副司令员。新中国成立后，任总后勤部军需部部长，物资计划部部长、顾问。中共第八届中央监察委员会候补委员，第三、四届全国政协委员。
