To evaluate the quality of coherent speckle in SAR images fast, equivalent number of looks (ENL) was selected as the evaluation criterion, the two testing methods of single sample parametric hypothesis and double sample parametric hypothesis were proposed, and the experiments were done using the two sets of available image data.
