对于低挥发分的无烟煤,由于其着火温度较高,最主要的问题在于如何能使无烟煤快速的着火和稳定的燃烧,焦作电厂#2炉为670t/h四角燃烧无烟煤锅炉,在运行中存在着低负荷稳燃能力差、结渣严重等问题,针对以上问题,对锅炉进行了改造,使用哈尔滨工业大学的水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器替代原有燃烧器,改造后没有出现过结渣问题,最低不投油负荷达到50%ECR。
