红外光学石英玻璃infrared optieal siliea glass在红外和可见光谱区透明，在1一3.5召m波区透过率大于80%的光学石英玻璃。商品牌号为HSo 红外光学石英玻璃在2.73尽m波长处的羚基吸收峰很小，经基含量小于5 ppm，具有良好的红外透过性能;但它含有20一50ppn飞的金属杂质离子，故紫外透过性能较差。这种玻璃结构中存在较多氧缺位，致使254 nm波长处出现较强吸收峰。在253 .7nln紫外光激发下，产生280和3%nm的蓝紫色荧光。当玻璃置于1100℃空气中处理时，吸 收和荧光均逐渐减小直到消 失。这类玻璃光学均匀性较 差，在偏光下常可观察到颗粒 状不均匀现象，称为颗粒结 构。当用做光学部件时需经严 格检验。HS玻璃在X、叭 电子射线辐照下严重着色，呈 棕褐色，在215、300和550 nm波长处出现吸收峰，色心 由玻璃中含有较多铝和碱金属 离子引起。这类玻璃不宜用于 射线辐照环境。 HS玻璃通常采用真空加 压电熔工艺生产。即将水晶粉 料置于石墨增竭中，在真空电 加热炉中熔融，然后用氮气在 15个大气压下加压20分钟， 使玻璃中气泡数量减少，气泡;65。m一‘直径压缩到0.007一0.07mm。HS玻璃适用于红外单色仪棱镜、透镜、比色皿及窗口材料，太阳模拟装置和1一3.5月m波段的光学 系统。 (顾真安)
