   通过练习获得的能够完成一定任务的动作系统。技能按其熟练程度可分为初级技能和技巧性技能。初级技能只表示“会做”某件事,而未达到熟练的程度。初级技能如果经过有目的、有组织的反复练习,动作就会趋向自动化,而达到技巧性技能阶段。技能按其性质和表现特点,可区分为如书写、骑车等活动的动作技能和像演算、写作之类的智力技能两种。技能形成过程中,各种技能动作之间会相互影响。已形成的技能若促进新技能的形成,叫技能正迁移。如果已形成的技能阻碍了新技能的形成,叫技能干扰,或技能负迁移。
