补充资料：涉外技术许可合同
涉外技术许可合同一国境内的当事人一方准许他国境内的另一方使用自己所有的工业产权或专有技术，而由另一方获得该项使用权并支付使用费用的合同。一般说来，国际许可合同主体是法人，客体包括专利技术、专有技术和商标的使用及普通技术的使用。
其特征如下：
1．确切的时间性，现在其有效期日趋缩短，多数为5年至8年。最长不超过10年。
2．特定的地域性。无论哪种许可合同都只能在其规定的国家或地区范围内发生效力。
3．严格的法律性。技术许可使用的获得与行使必须有法律上的依据。
4．鲜明的有偿性。它是双务有偿合同。出让方义务向受让方转让技术使用权，其权利是向受让方收取使用费；受让方义务是向出让方支付使用费。
