【香港保险业同业组织】香港保险业按照不同的经营范围和业务类别，有6个同业组织:香港火险同业公会、香港水险同业公会、香港意外险同业公会、香港人寿险同业公会、香港华商保险同业公会以及香港华商人寿险同业公会。oo年代初，参加火险公会的会员公司共172家，参加水险公会的会员136家，参加意外险公会的会员145家，参加寿险公会的会员公司10多家，参加华商保险公会的会员公司36家，参加华商寿险公会的会员公司有9家。参加各保险公会的保险公司约占65%左右。香港再保公司于1982年成立了联络再保同业的“香港再保险论坛”的非正式组织，现有会员公司16家。
