该方法首先阵列采样数据分段并进行FFT变换,得到若干个窄带信号,然后分别对每一个窄带信号进行处理,最后对各窄带的处理结果进行加权综合来得到宽带源个数的估计结果,采用空间平滑技术可处理相关宽带源。
