梅花拳名著《习武序》,是我国历史上有文献记载最早的梅花拳大师杨炳,在汲取中国古代军事家的兵法思想及儒家思想和《易经》法则的基础上,详述梅花拳的文理功法而撰写的,是指导梅花拳习武者的经典之作。

江苏金坛人。中共党员。1968年毕业于上海戏剧学院戏剧文学系。1949年参军，历任解放军苏南军区独立营二连文教，上海市房管局干部，《上海文学》编辑部小说组副组长，上海文学艺术院副编审。上海市作家协会第五、六届理事。1958年开始发表作品。1984年加入中国作家协会。
