学习反馈(learning feedbaek)学习者对学习结果(成绩)的了解。它有助于学习，是学习的一个重要变量。它对学习的作用，具有动机和认知两个方面的效果。在动机方面，了解到学习的结果，知道哪些是正确的或错误的，会因而引起满意或不满意的情绪体验，并影响进一步学习的动机。在认知方面，可从对学习结果的了解中，获得有关正确和错误的信息，使之成为指导今后学习的定向依据。许多研究表明，学习者了解学习结果比不了解学习结果，学习积极性高，进步较快，效果较好。有的研究表明，学习者不仅知道结果的“对”与“错”，而且知道为什么是“对”的、为什么是“错”的，比单纯地知道结果的“对”与“错”，其效果要好。关于反馈及时性的研究，有的结论认为及时反馈比延时反馈的效果好，有的结论认为二者的效果无显著差别，有的结论认为延时反馈与保持成绩为正相关。关于反馈频率的研究，有的结论认为，在概念学习中，连续反馈较间歇反馈的效果为好，有的结论认为，这两种反馈的效果无差别。 (成立夫撰}亚亘困审)
