| 光线引力偏折 light in gravitational field，deflection of 广义相对论的实验检验之一。根据广义相对论，光和物体的运动一样，受到引力场的作用，会偏向引力源。A.爱因斯坦1915年计算了星光从太阳近旁通过时的偏折角为1.75″。虽然把牛顿力学用于光子，光线也会偏折，但偏折只及相对论预言值的一半。1919年5月29日在地球上的一些地区发生日全食，A.S.爱丁顿和F.戴森率领的两个探测小组分赴西非的普林西北岛和巴西的索勃拉市拍摄日全食太阳附近的星空照片，与太阳不在这一天区的星空照片相比较，得出的光线偏折值分别为1.61″±0.40和1.98″±0.16，与爱因斯坦的理论预言符合得很好，曾引起世界的轰动。以后几乎每逢有便于进行日全食观测时，各国的天文学家都要作此项观测。20世纪70年代以后，射电天文学的进展，在射电波段进行观测，观测精度更为提高，观测结果与理论预言符合得更好。 |
