中国历史人物纪念馆。位于湖北省秭归县城东。1980年建成开放。该馆分上下展厅，上厅展出该县出土的文物，下厅是纪念屈原展览。馆藏各种版本的《楚辞》和研究《楚辞》、屈原的书籍500余套，历代名家字画300余件。出土文物 800余件。其中较珍贵的有越王州勾剑，长50厘米,重1.75千克,剑格上刻有鸟篆"越王州勾、自乍用剑"字样。其他还有巴式戈、矛、剑。剑、矛上均有铭文和图腾。
馆内还有屈原石像、青铜像、橘颂亭和碑廊。屈原石像原供于归州南岸小青滩"屈大夫庙"内，1980年移至屈原纪念馆内,通高103厘米。为明嘉靖十六年(1537)归州百姓捐款镌刻,是国内今存最早的一尊屈原石像。屈原青铜像耸立在屈原纪念馆内正中大坝上，像基为花岗岩石，高 2.5米，铜像身高3.92米，壁厚17厘米，重 3 吨。橘颂亭位于墓东50米外的橘林中，为琉璃瓦六柱双层亭，中央环立 6块大青石碑，分别以 6种书体刻屈原《橘颂》全文。碑廊分东西两廊，位于铜像两侧，呈南北走向。内存 60块碑文，刻屈原《离骚》等 25篇诗歌。上为原文。下为释文。
