In this paper,an algorithm that segments image automatically using pcnn and bias-normal distribution index is presented.
提出了一种脉冲耦合神经网络和偏态指标相结合的算法来对图像进行自动分割,主要思路是用偏态指标作为分割图像的测度,当分割输出图像的偏态指标达到最小时,分割迭代过程自动终止,从而实现了图像的自动分割。
