随着变电站自动化系统技术的发展,按间隔配置设备、分层分布式系统结构体系已成为必然趋势,笔者回顾了国内变电站自动化技术发展的过程,分析了国内变电站自动化系统现状和发展趋势,强调了继电保护和监控在技术和管理上的一体化发展,数字化变电站的发展,介绍了宿州220KV变电站综合自动化改造的研制过程;论述了此次综自改造的技术特点、技术关键和创新点;采用了先进的PS6000系统,其结构为双工作站、双网配置的分层分布式结构,充分体现了其开放性设计理念,强调了与其他智能设备的连互连接、通信和可互操作性;介绍了功能强大的后台监控系统;论述了改造中的难点及解决措施,改造中存在的问题及完善建议。
