原料
腊肠1条、腊肉1小块、蒜4瓣、青蒜1/2根、白饭2碗
辅料
酒1大匙、盐1/4茶匙、胡椒粉少许
做法
1、腊肠、腊肉先蒸熟，然后切丁；蒜头去皮切碎；青蒜洗净、切丁。
2、用2大匙油小火炒香蒜末，然后放入腊肠丁、腊肉丁略炒，加入白饭炒匀，并加入其他，最后撒入青蒜，炒匀后盛出。
tips
1、用广式的腊肠、腊肉比较香，而且不咸，其他太咸的腊肉或有烟熏过的不适合炒饭。
2、广式腊味比较干硬，一定先要蒸软再用，滗出的汤汁很香，可以加在炒饭中一起炒。
