In this paper the sliding-window 3-dimensional watershed algorithm (SW3DW) has been put forward.
针对这一问题本文提出了新的滑动窗口式三维watershed算法(SW3DW),通过时间轴上的局部窗口对视频序列进行观察和分割,而在相邻窗口间采用水源区标号传递和局部流域更新相结合的方法,以较小的存储和处理空间实现了局域和全局处理的一致性。

滑动性疝均应手术修补。一般采用经腹股沟修补术。麻醉、切口和显露疝囊的手术步骤与斜疝手术相同。显露疝囊并切开，然后在滑出内脏(例如盲肠)的周围约1.5cm处作一环形切口，切开腹膜(即疝囊)，在腹膜外游离盲肠，直至疝囊颈部(内环)外。注意勿损伤肠管的动、静脉。将游离的盲肠显露于切口外，在其后面将两侧腹膜作间断对合缝合，使其成为一个新的完整疝囊。然后，将游离的盲肠回纳入腹腔，在内环外用丝线作一荷包缝合，以关闭腹腔，剪除多余疝囊。然后施行Bassini或McVay术修补腹股沟管。
