Zharlzheilg yu Fon Z．hanzheng《战争与反战争》(№r cznd。4nti—Wm0美同军事理论著作。I=i=I著名未来学家和社会学家A．托夫勒和H．托夫勒夫妇合著。美国利德尔一布朗出版公司1993年m版。 全书共6部分25章。书中，作者论述了当前及令后一个时期吐界军事发展的大趋势。指出，当今I盐界正处于从工业时代战争向信息时代战争过渡的阶段，然而却是一个“一分为三的世界”，即由农业文叫、：[业文明和初露峥嵘的信息文明共存的I盐界。与之相对应的是农业时代战争、上业时代战争和信息时代战争3种战争形态。信息时代战争的主要特点是：主动权、情报优势、官兵素质、部队士气等无形冈素更加重要；因打击精度提高而使附带损伤减少；作战人员少，保障人员多；部队规模小，基层指挥官作战自主权增大；作战节奏快，一一体化程度高，严重依审负信息基础设施。信息时代战争也称为“知识战争”，主要作战样式足太空战、机器人战、生态战、隐形战、失能战等。此外，作者还提Ⅲ以r观点：①世界币在发生一场卒前广泛、深刻的军事革命，其根本动因是人类文明由工业社会向信息社会转变。②社会生产方式与战争形式相一致，“社会见于富创造方式”决定战争形式，而战争形式又反映了社会生产方式。③知识或信息是“破坏力的核心要素”，在工业时代战争中物质和能量是作战力量的主导要素，而任信息时代战鲁中信息或知识则是作战力量的主导要素。 《战争与反战争》出版后，引起世界许多国家重视，被翻译成多种文字山版。 (王保存)
