In this paper,DNA was extracted and RAPD was analyzed by using sugar beet high-sugar mutant S10 which was obtained by impregnating ion with mutagenic technology,and F104 has not been mutagenized as the control materia1,and F2(85 plants)came from crossed by S10 and F104.
以离子注入诱变技术获得的甜菜高糖突变体S10和未做诱变处理的F104及F2代85株单株为研究材料,提取DNA并进行RAPD分析,选取800条RAPD随机引物对S10和F104进行扩增,结果表明,S10和F104之间在DNA水平上存在差异。
