This paper builds a global assembly supply chain system,and studies the coordination of the global supply chain with Stackelberg game under the exchange rate fluctuations,the research suggests that when it satisfies expecting demand quantity not less than actual sales quantity,the optimal price of assembly product decreases and the optimal stocking factor increases as the exchange rate decreasing.
