【原料】
杏仁200克，冻粉15克，白糖300克，豌豆黄200克，金糕75克。
【制作过程】
1.将杏仁去皮，磨成浆，放入盆中。 2.将冻粉加清水200克上火化开，加入白糖再化开，晾温后倒入杏仁浆中搅匀，再倒入一尺二寸大盘中晾凉。 3.将晾好的杏仁冻按扇面形状用刀从中间取出七条(条与条之间留一点间隔)将豌豆黄切成与杏仁条同样大小的条，放进盘中，扇形的底端刻一块圆形豌豆黄。再用豌豆黄切成7条长丝当扇骨。将金糕切成丝当穗。再将盘子两边点缀一下即成。
