全国各类成人高等学校举办的大学专科起点的本科班.有成人教育性质，不属于统招。取得大专学历的学生想要继续深造的,需要参加考试获得入学资格.可脱产或不脱产.
专科生进入本科深造可以分为三种情况：
a．成人高考接本：专科毕业工作一年后，可通过全国成人高考中的专接本考试进入成人院校学习，一般不脱产或半脱产。
b．自考接本：高教自考中有独立本科段考试，每个专业有10多门课程，全部通过可获得国家承认本科学历。考生可自学，也可参加业余辅导班，适应边工作边学习。
c．专升本考试：招生对象为省内普通高等学校、高等职业技术学校(包括电大普专班)的优秀应届专科毕业生。在考试内容与教学衔接上更符合当前专科教育特点，应该成为专升本的主渠道。
