做法
①将面皮擀平，涂上白脱淡炼乳。
②将鲜起士片、红椒粉覆盖于半面面皮上。
③将铺好的面皮对折压平。
④将生料切成条形，卷成螺丝状置于盘内，放进微波炉烤箱以中火烤约20分钟。
⑤待冷却后，把起士条对切即成。
