性质:由链霉菌Streptomyces SC12730(ATCC 39460)菌株发酵产生。橙色针状晶体,熔点<310℃。溶于稀碳酸氢钠、二甲亚砜,微溶于甲醇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙腈和乙酸,不溶于水和稀酸。具有抑制血管紧张素转化酶(EC3.4.15.1)的活性,IC50值为390n mol/L。临床上用于控制高血压症。
