The results showed that 7 bacteria Brevundimonas diminuta,Chryseobacterium meningosepticum,Citrbacter freundii,Corynebacterium,Empedobacter brevis,Vibrio alginolyticus and Weeksella virosa were found in the ark shells,in which most were opportunistic pathogens and resistant to common antibiotics.
研究结果显示,魁蚶、毛蚶、泥蚶中共有7株菌,分别为缺陷短波单胞菌、脑膜炎败血黄杆菌、弗氏枸椽酸杆菌、棒状杆菌属、短稳黄杆菌、溶藻弧菌、有毒威克斯菌,其中多数是条件致病菌,并对常用抗生素有抗性。
