为了提高监管部门对三峡库区航道的监控水平,有效提升库区的安全环境,提出了一种基于GPS和GPRS技术及三维视景仿真技术的库区航行船舶实时三维监控系统设计方案,并对系统结构、关键技术和三维视景仿真进行了详细论述,最后以忠县长江大桥附近江段为依托,实现了一个最基本的船舶三维实时仿真监控系统。
