性质:试样抵抗冲击负荷作用的能力。最简单的、作为检定材料冲击性能的试验方法就是简支梁冲击试验和悬臂梁冲击试验。它是把待测材料制成规定尺寸和形状(有缺口或无缺口长条型)的试样,用一定能量的摆锤击打,以冲断试样所消耗的功除以试样(若有缺口为缺口处)的横截面积来表示,单位kJ/m2。另外,还有很多实用性的抗冲击检验方法。比如,落锤试验,落镖试验以及如管件的坠落试验,安全帽的冲击试验等。
