In order to know the penetration of magnetic field with middle frequency in two section slitless mold for soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting,the magnetic flux density and the height of meniscus in two-section mold were measured and compared with the conventional mold.
为了验证两段式软接触电磁连铸结晶器的透磁效果,测试了两段式结晶器内部的磁感应强度及弯月面高度,并与传统结品器进行比较,结果表明:(1)两段式结晶器的透磁效果随结晶器壁厚的减小而增强,当结晶器的壁厚为5mm时,两段式结晶器内部的磁感应强度比传统结晶器增大71。
