Under the circumstance of diversified reading, great effort has to be spent in increasing "compensating guarantee" and reducing "energy cost" in order to increase readers probability to choose information journals.

For the existing problems,I propose to abandon the concept of utilitarian reading,to create the early reading education goals with humanities,and to promote the concept of multi-reading strategy.

Contemporary reading theory holds the view that reading activities include not only the cognition of reading object,but the cognition of reading process,namely the meta-reading.
