【车前草蔗汁粥】
用料：鲜车前草30克，甘蔗500克，绿豆30克，大米100克。
制法：①将甘蔗洗净，切碎，捣烂，榨汁备用。
②将鲜车前草洗净，切碎，用干净纱布包好；绿豆、大米去杂，洗净，备用。
③锅内加水适量，放入绿豆、大米煮粥，五成熟时放入车前草袋，再煮至粥熟，拣出车前草袋，调入甘蔗汁即成。
每日2次，连服5-7天。
功效：车前草有清热利尿等功效。甘蔗有清热解毒、滋阴润燥、生津止渴等功效。
适应症：膀胱湿热之小便短赤作痛。
