本研究利用采自河南封丘站的潮土、陕西长武站的黑垆土、湖南祁阳站的红壤,采用室内盆栽试验的研究方法,研究分析比较了上述三种不同水热梯度下形成的土壤在不同水氮磷钾交互条件下对小麦生长发育、光合特性、叶片酶活性、产量及养分吸收特性的影响,主要结论如下: (1)在潮土上研究结果表明,水氮磷钾配施对小麦苗期的生长影响不大,而随生育进程的推进,水、磷、钾对小麦干物质积累的促进作用显著,加强了光合作用,从而导致小麦有较好的株高和叶面积。
