一、原料:

二、制法:
1. 将萍蓬草根茎去杂洗净。鸡宰杀,去毛、内脏,洗净后入沸水锅内焯
一下,捞出洗净血污。
2. 锅内放适量清水和光鸡,烧沸后撇去浮沫,加入料酒、精盐、味精、
白糖、葱、姜,改为小火炖至鸡肉熟,加入萍蓬草根茎炖至熟而入味,出锅
即成。
按:此菜由补虚、健胃、调经的萍蓬草根与温中益气、补髓添精的鸡肉
相配而成,可为人体提供丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物等营养成分。具
