鼻咽部、细支气管、肺泡管管壁等整个呼吸道分布的淋巴组织。按其结构可分为三级。①淋巴结:主要分布在气管和支气管的周围,接收大部分呼吸道的淋巴。②淋巴样小结:成簇存在于大中支气管管壁内。淋巴小结的表面(支气管腔面)覆盖一层无纤毛扁平上皮,其间有淋巴细胞浸润。③散在淋巴组织:沿气管的整个粘膜下层和固有层分布,并遍布肺小叶和肺胸膜下的间质组织,且紧靠淋巴管和血管。这些结构可滤过灰尘,是从气道把肺泡液、抗原物质和颗粒运送到淋巴管去的通道。此外,肺组织还有丰富的淋巴管。
