We review 22 cases of ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma according to their clinicopathologic features、immunophenotype,with the purpose to identify unfavorable prognostic factors.

mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome MCLS
又称“川崎病”。是一种以全身血管炎为主要病理的急性发热性出疹性小儿疾病。病因不明，一般认为与多种病毒感染或链球菌感染及其免疫反应有关，药物过敏或周围环境污染亦可能是致病原因。日本MCLS研究委员会提出此病诊断标准应在下述六条主要临床表现中至少满足五条才能确定：①不明原因的发热，持续5天或更久；②双侧结膜充血；③口腔及咽部的变化，包括唇发红及干裂、杨梅舌及口、咽黏膜弥漫性发红；④发病初期手足硬肿和掌跖发红，以及恢复期指端出现膜状脱皮；⑤躯干部多形红斑，但无水疱及结痂；⑥颈淋巴结的非化脓性肿胀，其直径达1.5cm或更大。患儿预后良好。目前多采用对症治疗。静点丙种球蛋白有较好效果，可一次给2g/kg，一次性给予，较分次效果更佳。
