| 河鲈 Perca fluviatilis；river perch 鲈形目河鲈科河鲈属的一种。又称五道黑。体椭圆形，稍侧扁，尾柄较细；头和体被小栉鳞；上下颌、犁骨及腭骨均有绒毛状细齿，无大犬齿；背鳍2个，前背鳍为硬棘，后背鳍为鳍条；胸鳍椭圆；腹鳍胸位；臀鳍起点在第二背鳍起点之后；尾鳍浅叉形，两叶末端圆；体为棕褐色，背部色较深，其侧从第一背鳍起点至第二背鳍之末有5条横黑斑；腹部灰白，第一背鳍鳍膜黑色，腹鳍橙红，其他各鳍淡黄或金黄色。广布于欧洲及亚洲北部冷温带。在中国仅产于新疆维吾尔自治区额尔齐斯河与乌伦古河流域。仔鱼以浮游动物为食，体长达40毫米时，则以小型鱼类为食，有时亦食些水生昆虫和甲壳类。产卵期通常停止摄食。4龄鱼体长280～320毫米，体重250～450克。为有名的食用鱼。 |
