性质:无色针状结晶。熔点48-49℃。溶于乙醇和醚,不溶于水。

制备方法:由1-萘酚钠与乙酐反应则得。

用途:用该品被α-酯酶水解,析出α-萘酚,在0.05M磷酸缓冲液中重重氮盐形成的色偶氮染料,在酶组织化学中用于测啶α-酶酶。也用作有机合成中间体。
