| 子囊菌亚门 Ascomycotina 真菌门中最大的一亚门。该亚门与担子菌亚门因结构复杂，合称高等真菌。主要特征是营养体除极少数低等类型为单细胞（如酵母菌）外，均为有隔菌丝构成的菌丝体。细胞壁由几丁质构成。有性过程中形成子囊，是子囊菌有性过程中进行核配和减数分裂发生的场所，在子囊中产生具有一定数目（多为8个，有的为4个、16个或其他数目）的子囊孢子。无性生殖发达，产生不同类型的分生孢子进行繁殖。水生或陆生。腐生在多种多样的基物上或寄生在很多种的动植物上，也有许多子囊菌可与藻类共生形成地衣。较早的分类很少考虑地衣子囊菌的特征，而是依据非地衣子囊菌的子囊果性质、子囊特征和排列方式，本亚门下分半子囊菌纲、不整囊菌纲、核菌纲、腔菌纲、虫囊菌纲、盘菌纲6纲。在子囊菌亚门真菌中，有许多种类是重要的植物病原菌，有的种类可以引起人和畜的深部疾病。同时，也有许多种类是食品、发酵、医药等工业用菌。 |
