Taking Liuhe County and Jiangpu County as examples,this study established the datum land system and deduced the land price parity system of towns in a certain region by using the relative theories of evaluation of land price on the basis of land gradation and evaluation.
以六合、江浦县为例，运用地价评估的相关理论，在区域城镇土地分等估价的基础上，建立了基准地价体系，并由此推导出区域城镇土地比价体系，对深化我国土地有偿使用制度改革，建立健全合理的土地市场，完善地价体系，实现土地资源资产化等具有较好的理论和实践意义。

| 霞浦县 位于中国福建省东北沿海，台湾海峡西岸北部。1990年人口45.99万。有汉、畲、回、壮、苗、瑶6个民族，其中畲族人口3.73万。面积1717.1平方千米。晋太康三年(282)设温麻县。唐天宝元年（742）改长溪县，以境内有“百折入海”之长溪而得名。元至元年间升长溪县为福宁州，取所辖福安、宁德两县首字为名。清雍正十二年（1734）升福宁州为福宁府，并置霞浦为附郭县，以其西南境内古有“霞浦山”取名。1913年废府留县。矿产资源有金、银、钨、钼、铍、硅石、高岭土、海蛎壳、叶蜡石等10多种。水产资源主要有大黄鱼、鳗鱼、目鱼、马鲛、石斑鱼、江瑶、对虾、梭子蟹、牡蛎、缢蛏、花蛤等。土特产有涵江荔枝、崇儒芙蓉李干、沙江牡蛎、福宁湾剑蛏等。名胜古迹主要有空海入唐登陆点——赤岸、华峰古刹——建善寺、虎镇塔、三沙留云洞等。 |
