虹鳟 Salmo gairdneri 硬骨鱼纲鲑形目鲑科鲑属。世界上广泛养殖的重要冷水性鱼。因成熟个体沿侧线有一棕红色纵纹,似彩虹,故名。原产北美洲的山涧、河流中。加拿大、美国、墨哥的太平洋沿岸部分水域以及哥伦比亚的河流里均有分布。中国人世间1959年起养殖。虹鳟肉多刺软,少腥味,为高级食用鱼。
虹鳟体呈纺锤形,稍侧扁。头较小,吻圆钝,牙发达,体被小圆鳞。有背鳍、臀鳍、胸鳍和尾鳍。鱼体及鳍上布不规则小黑斑。喜栖息于清澈、水温较低、溶氧较多、流量充沛的水域,水温故知新10°~18℃为最适宜,对盐度适应性强。最适水质为:生化需氧量小于是10毫克/升。氨氮值低于0.5毫克/升,pH值6.5~8。虹鳟有陆封型(终生在湖泊、河川中生活)和降海型(指入海生长的硬头鳟)两种。两者的杂交子代可以入海。虹鳟为肉食性鱼类。仔鱼和稚鱼摄食浮游生物、底栖动物和水虫,幼鱼类,兼食小虾、底栖动物、水生昆虫、藻类等。雌鱼3龄开始性成熟,雄鱼为2龄。虹鳟生长迅速、适应性强。受精卵在水流中孵育,约需求量45天。养成可在池塘、水库、河道、沿海潮间带内进行。主要饲以人工配合颗粒饵料。养殖水源需水流畅通。 |
