节娥溉娥淤 。月叮 业, (贾建勋)dazhuang shebei打桩设备(pile一面ving equipment)架桥作业中使用的打桩机具及其辅助装置的统称。属渡河桥梁器材。主要用于构筑列柱桥脚和桥础。包括手用筑头、挽索筑头、落锤、打桩机和打桩门桥等。手用筑头是手工工具,靠人力和筑头的自重力打桩。挽索筑头和落锤都是靠其自由下落的冲击作用进行打桩,前者靠人力拉索提升,后者用机动绞盘提升。打桩机主要有柴油打桩机和电动振动打桩机两类。柴油打桩机是利用柴油在汽缸内燃烧产生的爆发力和锤头的冲击力打桩,适于克服硬土层;在土质松软地段作业时,启动比较困难。其结构形式有筒式和导杆式两种。电动振动打桩机利用振动或振动冲击的方式打桩,适于在软土地段作业,有的可以很方便地改装成拔桩机。打桩门桥是组合式打桩设备,一般由以舟结合而成的作业平台和4一6台打桩机、起吊装置及其他辅助装置组成。它可同时打植4一6根桩柱,有的还可以锯平桩头,
