原料：鲜桑叶100克，新鲜荷叶1张，粳米100克，砂糖适量。
制作：先将鲜桑叶、新鲜荷叶洗净煎汤，取汁去渣，加入粳米(洗净)同煮成粥，兑入沙糖调匀即可。
特点：清淡滋润
贴士：用鲜桑叶较好，若用干桑叶就没那么鲜甜；若用干桑叶，仅10克就行了；粥中也可加入瘦猪肉；此粥可作点心食用。
小知识
桑叶为桑科植物桑的叶。质脆。气微，味淡、微苦、涩。性寒，味甘、苦。主治疏散风热，清肺润燥，清肝明目。用于风热感冒、肺热燥咳、头痛头晕、目赤昏花。
新鲜桑叶较具活性，中药店的干桑叶也行。
提醒：鲜桑叶买回后一定要先浸一浸，以防残留沾在桑叶上的农药；若要在野外农田里采摘桑叶的话，必须询问弄清近期有否喷杀农药
