Three marine microalgal strains (Isochrysis galbana 3011, Tahitian Isochrysis galbana and Pavlova viridis)were cultured at water temperature (22±1)℃; the salinity was adjusted to 28 by using distilled water,and the light intensity was 5 000 lx.

是张家界的黄金旅游区，全长5700米，溪水发源于土地垭，从张家界林场场部到水绕四门，蜿转曲折，幽静异常，随山而移，穿行在峰峦幽谷云间，迤逦延伸于鸟语花香之中。因溪水流经金鞭岩而得名。金鞭溪全长6.5公里，自西向东贯通森林公园，两岸奇峰屏列，风光如画，嬉戏的鸟兽、古奇的树木、悠然的游鱼、景色显得异常幽静。金鞭溪所经之地被誉为“世界上最美丽的峡谷”。主要景致有醉罗汉、神鹰护鞭、金鞭岩、花果山、水帘洞、劈山救母、千里相会、楠木坪、水绕四门等。其中，金鞭岩拔地而起380多米，整块岩石为石英砂构成，在阳光的照耀下反射出熠熠金光，使 得这根“石鞭”被冠以“金”的定语。金鞭岩身边一山峰状若护雏的老鹰，威风凛凛，日夜守护着“金鞭”，故而被称为神鹰，这片景得名“神鹰护鞭”。一块巨大的岩石从当中裂开，取名为“沉香救母”。这缘于一个古老的传说：一个叫沉香的孩子，他的母亲因触犯天条被压在了山脚。小沉香为救母亲，苦练本领，最终用利斧劈开山峰，救出了母亲。“花果山”、“水廉洞”是美猴王孙悟空的天下，在《西游记》里早已为人们所熟悉。总之，这一段景色犹如世外桃源，不能不令人流连忘返。水绕四门为金鞭溪与矿洞溪、龙尾溪汇合处，溪谷宽阔，御案峰奇秀迷人，万岁牌传说神秘。
